Your brain really, really wants to help you get out of burnout, or “figure out exactly” how your birth will go, and how to be completely prepared. Here’s the thing: there’s no figuring this one out. At some point, we have to lean in to the mystery, trust the foundation, and allow the process to unfold. Terrifying. What makes it doable? Support through relationship.
